1. Sign up for an account at: https://enroll.lzds.edu.ph or scan the QR Code.
2. Select status if old or regular student, new student, or transferee student.
3. Fill up the necessary information and submit.
4. Please read terms and conditions.
5. Select your mode of payment and make the transaction.
6. Send proof of payment of enrollment fees by scanning or taking a picture of the proof of payment.
7. A confirmation of enrollment will be sent to your registered email address.
