Admissions

Admission is very important task of the school. It grants an applicant’s admission to the school, with definite understanding that the student and his parents or guardians agree in writing to comply with the scholastic standards of this school, with its rules and regulations, as well as the ideals of Christian Education.

Requirements for New Pupil/Students and Transferees

• Form 138/Report Card or record of the latest quarterly grades. (Original or Xerox copy)
• Letter of recommendation from the Principal or Guidance Counselor. (Certification of Good Moral)
• No failing grades in every subject
• An average of at least 75%
• Birth Certificate with registry number (NSO Certified)
• If foreigner, a Photostat copy of Alien Certificate of Registration and Immigration Certificate of Residence is required

Admission Procedure

• Secure Application/Registration Form from the Principal’s Office/Registrar’s Office (Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 4:00 pm)
• Submit the Application/Registration Form and the requirements at Principal’s/Registrar’s Office
• New pupil or student should undergo interview and evaluation test
• For incoming Grade 7, parents should accomplish the reservation and contract form at the Principal’s or Registrar’s Office. This is first come per serve basis
• Online Enrollment is also offered

Payment of Fees

There are four terms of paying tuition and other school fees: Fully upon registration, semestrally, quarterly and monthly. The school allows payment on installment with surcharge of 1% per month on gross assessment. Delayed payments shall be further subject to penalty of 3% per month on outstanding balance.
