About LZDS

Welcome to Lord of Zion Divine School

The Lord of Zion Divine School (LZDS) is a non-sectarian school duly recognized by the Department of Education to offer quality education to serve the public interest. It exists to serve the educational needs of the citizens of Bacnotan and its neighboring towns in La Union.

The governance and leadership ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and reputation of the school through the establishment of policy, provision of resources, and assurance of a quality education program.

The school’s organizational structure and climate facilitate achievement of its core values. The school and its Board of Trustees promote a collaborative and result-oriented culture dedicated to continuous and sustainable work environment to students, parents, and the community.

Our Courses

The Lord of Zion Divine School adopted the K-12 Curriculum; a program by the Department of Education which means kindergarten and the six years of elementary and six years of secondary education. The reform includes decongesting and enhancing the basic education curriculum for learners to master basic competencies, lengthening the cycle of basic education to cover kindergarten through year 12.

Strands

LZDS participates in the DepEd K-12 program and offers 4 Academic strands: ABM (Accounting, Business and Management), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Management), GAS (General Academic Strand), HUMSS(Humanities and Social Sciences).
